Florediem Gardens is located in a picturesque valley in southern New Hampshire, close to the Connecticut River. Our gardens are set among the hayfields and woodlands of an 1813 farmstead. We, Leslie and Bill, have been growing daylilies since 2005. What starting as a hobby quickly turned into our passion which became Florediem Gardens. While we are primarily a daylily nursery, we also grow hostas, perennials and some seasonal cut flowers for bouquets.We display over 550 varieties of hardy affordable daylilies in almost every color from the palest of pastels to the most vibrant reds, yellows and purples. All of our plants are field grown at our Alstead location and are tested for at least one year to ensure their viability in New England gardens. From the thousands of registered cultivars available, we have selected a wide range of reliable performers (many of them award winners) which will surprise and enchant you all summer long. In addition to their gardenworthiness, we have chosen varieties for both their beauty and vigor. Most selections are priced affordably.Peak bloom in our area is mid-July to mid-August.
